Product Description

VS1/R-12 series of Indoor High Voltage Vacuum Circuit Breaker with Lateral Operating  mechanism used spring to storage energy. The Operating mechanism can be operated by two ways:manual and electric.The characteristics of circuit breaker is miniaturization and modularization.  


Vacuum circuit breaker features:

① airtight insulation system (shell)

The airtight insulation system made of ceramic, glass or glass-ceramic is a vacuum-tight container, which is made of airtight insulating cylinder, movable end cover, fixed end cover and stainless steel bellows. In order to ensure air tightness, in addition to the strict operation of the sealing process, but also requires the material itself and the internal air permeability of small gas permeability.

② conductive system

By the fixed conductive rod, fixed arc surface, fixed contact, moving contact, moving arc surface, moving conductive rod composition. There are three contact structure: cylindrical contacts, with a spiral groove running arc surface of the transverse magnetic field contacts, vertical magnetic field contacts. At present the use of vertical magnetic field technology, such arc quenching chamber with a strong and stable arc breaking capacity.

③ shielding system

Shield is a vacuum interrupter indispensable components, and there are around the contact of the main shield, bellows shield and pressure shielding with a variety of shielding. The role of the main shield is: a arc to prevent arc generated during the arc sprayed to the insulation inside the shell, thus reducing the insulation strength of the shell. B improve the uniformity of the electric field inside the arc chamber, is conducive to reducing the local field strength, to promote the vacuum interrupter miniaturization. C condensation arc products, absorb part of the arc energy, contribute to the back-arc gap dielectric strength recovery.
